The Carlsbad Firefighters Association Local 3730 are committed professionals who place the safety and well-being of the Carlsbad community at the forefront of everything we do.  

Carlsbad firefighters have built a proud tradition of service, professionalism, and unity. Through continual training, experience, and teamwork, we have evolved into a highly capable fire service organization focused on delivering the highest level of emergency response to those we serve.

A core mission of Local 3730 is to advocate for a quality livelihood and safe working conditions for our firefighters. By working collaboratively with city leadership and public safety partners, we help develop policies and practices that protect both our members and the residents of Carlsbad.

Beyond emergency response, the men and women of the Local 3730, our firefighters, are deeply connected to the community. Our members actively support public education efforts and participate in charitable and philanthropic initiatives that strengthen the bonds between our department and the community we are proud to serve.
